Error Report

It is completely free of cost.

It usually got approved within 48 hours/2 working days.

This may is because of following reasons:
1. If your ad has duplicate and/or inappropriate content.
2. If your ad talks about illegal material and/or procedures.
3. If the email or mobile mentioned in your ad does not exist.
4. If there is a genuine complaint against your ad.

To edit your ad details login to your account and click on ‘edit ad’ link given in dashboard with each ad.

To remove your Ad from the portal you have to write email to support@bazpuronline.com

Report Error’ feature is available with each Ad on its View More page of the Ad. There can be following three main reasons to report error for an Ad:
1. Wrong-category: The Ad has content that is not related to its category.
2. Spam: The Ad has been duplicated or is false.
3. Abuse: The Ad has content and/or images that are inappropriate and unsocial

If a category or a sub-category not found then you should write mail to support@bazpuronline.com or fill the form in support page for requesting a new category.

The visitor can directly contact through call, sms, email or can write by clicking send query form.

First login to your account a dashboard will appear than click on My Account option there is a section change password where you can change your password.
